THE PROCESS
How we manage your creative tasks
Our custom Trello systems sit at the heart of everything we do. This is where you request all your projects, communicate with your creative team and track deadlines. This is how the process works:
- Step 1: Submit Request
Once a request has been submitted, it lands in our queue for us to review and confirm within 24 hours. From there, we’ll ask for any missing info or simply just assign a due date if we have everything we need.
- Step 2: Get To Work
This is the exciting part. We’ll get right to work and deliver your initial draft(s) within 3 working days. Your designer will give you full visibility of the exact status of each task and the due date. You can also comment and ask for updates at any time.
- Step 3: Revise, Complete & Repeat
More often than not, we will nail the task right away, however you may require some tweaks or new concepts altogether. Simply reply on the card and we’ll get to work. Once you’re 100% happy, we’ll complete the card and move on to the next tasks. It’s that simple.
